All sales are final

Every UchiMist is made to order. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or offer refunds because you no longer want the product. Please review the product description, selected pack size and made-to-order delivery timeline before placing your order.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact uchimist@gmail.com with your order number and photos where possible so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

This all-sales-final policy applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. It does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies you may have for faulty, misdescribed or undelivered goods, or any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights.
