UchiMist Shipping & Preorder Policy

Made to order

Every UchiMist is made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks before dispatch, including 2–3 weeks for handmade production.

Once dispatched, allow approximately 6–10 days for delivery, depending on your location. Production and delivery estimates are separate. This custom product is not ready for immediate shipping.

Shipping rates and destinations

Available shipping destinations and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives your parcel.

Delivery estimates and delays

Production and delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, customs processing and busy periods may affect delivery. Please plan ahead when ordering as a gift; delivery by a particular holiday or occasion is not guaranteed.

Delivery details and customs

Please check your delivery address before ordering. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes assessed by the destination country. Any applicable charges not collected at checkout may be payable on arrival.
