UchiMist Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the UchiMist online store or purchase from us. Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your place of residence, or have appropriate permission to do so. Please provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its operation.

Products and orders

Our product is the UchiMist™ Itachi Throne Humidifier. Product descriptions, available options and prices are shown on the relevant product page and at checkout. Handmade finishes may vary slightly, and colours may appear differently on different screens.

Please review your selected pack size, quantity, delivery details and total before placing an order. If we cannot fulfil an order or need to correct a material pricing or product error, we will contact you using the details you provided and arrange an appropriate correction or refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are in USD unless otherwise indicated. The applicable currency, discounts, taxes and any shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Prices and offers may change for future orders.

Made-to-order production and delivery

Every UchiMist is made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks before dispatch, including 2–3 weeks for handmade production.

Once dispatched, allow approximately 6–10 days for delivery, depending on your location. Production and delivery estimates are separate. This custom product is not ready for immediate shipping.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Please read our Shipping Policy before ordering.

All sales are final

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. We stand behind the quality of every product we ship. Please read our Return & Refund Policy for details, including your rights for faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods and any mandatory cancellation or withdrawal rights. Product use

Follow the instructions supplied with your humidifier, including directions for filling, cleaning and safe operation. Use only liquids or additives expressly permitted by those instructions. Stop using the product if it is damaged or appears to malfunction and contact us for assistance.

Links to third-party sites and services may be provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights, guarantees or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
